The Zoning By-law contains specific,

construction or development on their land. The Zoning
By-law specifies the uses permitted (e.g. residential, commercial,
industrial etc.) and sets the development standards (e.g., building
size, location, height, parking provisions etc.) for each property
within the Town of Caledon.
