MISSION STATEMENT: The Mayor's Youth Council will be determined in its efforts to represent the youth of Caledon through listening, advocating and facilitating their endeavors.

The Mayor’s Youth Council is comprised of 20 youths between the ages of 14 to 19 from across <<Caledon>>. Among them, they elect a Mayor, Clerk, Chief Administrative Officer, a Councillor to represent each Ward and a Director from each municipal department. Their mandate is to provide Council with insight into issues facing youth in <<Caledon>>. They work together to find solutions and establish common goals for all of <<Caledon>>’s youth.
